What will you receive after following the test?
After a PAT Test is completed, landlords will receive paperwork that details the results of the test. This paperwork should include a certificate of compliance, which confirms that all appliances have passed the testing and are safe for use. The certificate should also provide the landlord with important information about each appliance tested, such as its age, make and model.
